This Week In Friesian Class...

And just like that, another term comes to an end! I am extremely proud of how hard the children have worked this term, myself and Mrs Stevens wish them all a restful half term.

There is, however, one more week to go and the children will be finishing off their biography writing unit by independently writing a biography about a famous person of their choice. The children will use everything they have learnt to write in the correct structure to include all of the features, whilst including strong sentence PVG. In RE, we will be making connections to school life and the wider world using all of the knowledge we have learnt during this unit about 'what it's like for people to follow God'. In maths, we will be continuing to look at equivalent fractions. The children are keen to finish their photo editing Computing unit to retouch images, so we will be making sure to utilise these new skills.

Please ensure your child's home-school reading books are changed this week ready for the half term.

As always, if you have any questions, please email me.

Miss Rudge
