This week in Friesian Class

Welcome to and welcome back to Friesian Class! It is so lovely to see the children back in school again. They have already showed me what a fantastic class they are going to be and I am looking forward to learning with them!

The children should have brought home my Autumn Letter to Parents, please do take the time to read this as it explains a lot about how life works in Friesian Class. If you do not have one of these, please let me know and I can send home another one. Along with this, the children should have brought home a Home School Agreement letter. I ask that you please read this along with your children, both sign at the bottom and return it to school.

In English, we are starting a new writing journey of writing instructions. In Immersion Curriculum, we will be learning about the Country Japan. The topic map for this will be attached to our Friesian Class page, as well as this blog post. In RE, we will be retelling the story for our Christian Value for the term: Perseverance. We will be discussing how we can relate this to ourselves at school and within the wider community.

I will be outside in the mornings for drop off and after school for pick up if you would like to discuss anything with me or ask any questions. Alternatively, you can post a message on the Friesian Class page and this will be send directly to my email.
