This week in Friesian Class

We cannot believe it is Christmas already! Every day, the Naughty Elf has been getting up to mischief in Friesian Class. From reading fiction books to the dinosaurs and eating our advent calendar chocolates to finding Miss Rudge's photocopier code and printing lots of copies of himself! Even surprising us with a copy of himself in our drawers! The children have enjoyed finishing off their English unit by writing their own versions of George's Marvellous Medicine as well as completing Christmas-style maths activities. We have been busy filming the poem 'Twas The Night Before Christmas using Stop Frame Animation and creating our own scenery and props. We have also made Christmas cards to send to Richmond Village for the residents who we have formed a special relationship with through our letters. On Tuesday, we had a Christmas party in the hall, playing party games and finishing off with 'The Ultimate Christmas Quiz'!

Miss Rudge and Mrs Apew want to thank all of the children for their hard work already this term, as well as the parents for their support. Have a safe and happy Christmas and we look forward to seeing everyone back in the New Year ready to smash the next term!
