This week in Friesian Class
Welcome back! We have a busy term ahead of us!
This week we are introducing our new value of Respect. We have already created a jigsaw which demonstrates ways in which we may show respect to others. Please come and take a closer look during Fantastic Friday next week.
In English, we are going to become journalists this week, as we look further at the genre of newspaper reports. Our writing will be based on our Stone Age topic and will tie together much of the children's learning so far.
In science, we are starting our 'forces' topic and will be looking at pushes, pulls and twists.
In maths, we are learning about time and will be embedding our learning through time related problem solving.
We will have our last swimming session on Thursday.
