This week in Belted Galloway Class

Well, we have made it to the final week of a very long term! Many of the Year 6 children this week will be taking part in their bikeability training, as well as working hard within the classroom. We will be looking at place value in maths this week, focussing on large numbers. In English, we will be completing our work on non-chronological reports, while our topic work will centre around Citizenship and British Values in PSHCE. We aim to be completing our RE topic about being a Muslim in Britain today with an opportunity for the children to fully reflect on the work they have completed this term, and we also hope to finish our class novel, The Nowhere Emporium, which the children are becoming very absorbed in!
