This Week in Belted Galloway Class

For such a short week in school, a lot is going on this week. The Year 6 children will be preparing for their Mock Trial next week, where they will be taking part in a part-drama, part-experiential activity to learn about the justice system. World Book Day will play a big part this week too, where we will be looking at stories and poems and developing links with drama. We will also be starting our new class novel this week, called The Middler, about an alternative world where your position in your family affects your life choices and the way you are treated. The children have lots of interesting ideas and predictions already.
