This Week In Belted Galloway Class

This week proves to be an exciting one in Belted Galloway class. On Tuesday, Y6 will be attending a Leavers' service at Gloucester Cathedral for the Diocese schools. This promises to be emotional and memorable. On Friday, the class will be attending an authors event at the Everyman theatre, Cheltenham, where we will hear from the authors of two books we have studies in class: October October by Katya Balen and When Life Gives You Mangoes by Kereen Getten. Tess, Evie-Joy and Louis have been chosen to share their work on stage alongside the authors, which will be a real honour for them and for us as a school. We aim to advance our rehearsals and preparations for the end of year production this week: children need to be learning lines and songs as we start to put scenes together.
