This Week in Belted Galloway Class

This week has been the Year 6's end of key stage tests week, and the children have done us proud with their focussed, driven and determined attitudes. It has been a joy to work with them and see how much they have improved, both in terms of their attainment and their attitudes. Year 5 have been undertaking projects with Dexters class in the mornings this week, and I have received wonderful reports about their nurturing attitudes, their role-model behaviour and their superb engagement. What a great week!

We have been moving our Science learning forward, exploring the topic of Evolution and Inheritance. This topic has been quite challenging, but the children have focussed, thought and contributed really well.
