This Week in Belted Galloway Class

Hello and Happy New Year! I hope you had a lovely Christmas. We start back with quite a busy week: Monday sees Year 6 have a visit from PC Coll from School Beat, who will be talking about online safety. Tuesday will begin with our first ukulele lesson, which we are excited about. We will be learning ukulele each Tuesday morning of the spring term, and will share what we have learnt in a concert for parents just before the Easter holidays. Our Immersion Curriculum work this week will be Art-based, and will centre around a study of trees using water-colours, focussing on combining a background with a finer tree-study. PE and Outdoor Learning will continue on Thursdays and Fridays this term, and homework will be due on Fridays, along with the weekly Spelling Gems test.
