This week in Belted Galloway

This week, Belted Galloway class will be exploring the relationships between the characters in our class novel, Running on Empty, and considering these relationships through a discussion text in English lessons. It is great to see how invested the children are in this book: they are perceptive and sensitive to the characters they encounter. We will continue rehearsals for our end of year production, The X-Factory. This week, our intention is to set each scene, developing actions and interactions. The children are busy learning their lines at present: the sooner they do this, the sooner we can really extend the action. We will be exploring the world of money in PSHCE lessons this week, considering the value of money and exploring how adults budget.
