Reverse Advent Calendar - Friesian Style!

This week and last, Friesian class have been working as artists and have been developing their painting skills using watercolour. The children used the techniques they had learned to created these beautiful Aurora Borealis inspired Christmas cards, which they took with them on their visit to Horsfall House today. The residents were delighted with their cards and the many gifts so kindly donated as part of our 'reverse Advent calendar', and thoroughly enjoyed hearing Friesians sing (and BSL sign) 'Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer'. The children were, as ever, a credit to you all and we were very proud of the way they spoke to the residents with such care and thoughtfulness.
