PTA Fun Run (Part 2!) and KS2 Sports Day

On Friday, we held our KS2 Sports Day and were blessed with glorious sunny weather. The competition was fierce with only a couple of points between the Houses in first and fourth place. Massive congratulations go to the Yellows ( Longford Mill) who emerged victorious once the points from the KS1 event had been added, but it was a very close call! It was wonderful to see (and hear) the children being so passionate and supportive of each other and the staff were so proud of how they all showed such great sporting behaviour.

The Fun Run, organised by our fab PTA, was won by the Green team ( Dunkirk Mill) so huge congratulations to them and please, if you haven't done so already, make your sponsorship donations via the PTA account (details are on the sponsor form or school website).
