Charity Cake Sale
Don't forget - tomorrow (Thursday) after school, Tabitha will be hosting a cake stall in aid of The Marine Conservation Society. Cakes will cost 50p and brownies £1, so bring along some money and a sweet tooth to help support a charity we feel does fantastic work to care for God's beautiful world.
In preparation for the sale, Tabitha approached the school council to express her desire to make a change in the wider world. She explained why she thought that The Marine Conservation Society was a worthwhile cause and the council members wholeheartedly agreed. Tabitha has since bought in posters to advertise in school and is hoping to make enough money to make a change. We all have a part to play and have the opportunity to be 'agents for change' in our world - Well done for taking an active role and, hopefully, inspiring others too!
The Marine Conservation Society is a UK charity fighting for a cleaner, better-protected, healthier ocean: one we can all enjoy.
