Active Amberley and sporting news

I was proud to take a group of Year 5/6 and Year 3/4 children to represent Amberley at the Stroud Schools football tournament run by Atlas Games. Both teams performed really well and showed good cooperation and sporting behaviour. Special thanks goes to Luther who I appointed as captain of the Year 5/6 team. He carried out his role with real dedication and pride, leading the team to top their group. We came fourth overall and I am already looking forward to next year!

Luther also recently won tennis accolades coming first in both singles and doubles competitions when competing for the district. Congratulations to you we are all very proud of your achievements which are only possible because you work hard and show great courage and perseverance.
