This week in Hereford

This will be our final week on fractions - we have worked so hard to understand the tricky concept and we have all got onto an apply or deepen activity, which is fantastic!

We are finishing off our retelling of a tiger that came for tea before we innovate it, changing the characters. We will then be writing our very own stories, using the structure we have learned.

In RE we played pass the parcel where under each layer was a picture from the Easter Story. When we unwrapped the parcel we had to detail what was happening in the picture. We looked at Jesus arriving, his betrayal, his crucifixion, rising from the dead and visiting his disciples before going to heaven.

Miss Griffiths is looking forward to teaching music this week where the children will be composing their own music based on images.

There will be no Outdoor Learning tomorrow so please bring children to school in their school uniform.

There will also be no clubs tomorrow due to Messy Church.
