This week in Dexter Class

This week in phonics, we will be learning the sounds y, z and zz, and will be learning about capital letters. In maths, we will be continuing our work on more/ less by making estimates about which group has more, as well as saying which number is one more/ one less than a given number. We will also be continuing to develop our knowledge and recall of number bonds to 5.

We will be retelling the story of The Little Red Hen and will have a go at making our own bread. In RE, we will be talking about birthdays as part of our learning about Advent and Christmas.
